1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Note: During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly due to order volume.
2. Shipping Within Canada
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (optional): 2–4 business days
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight or applied as flat rate.
3. Shipping to the United States
We currently offer shipping to most states within the USA.
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by U.S. Customs
4. International Shipping
We are working to expand to additional countries soon. If you’re interested in placing an international order outside of Canada or the U.S., please contact us at support@heraura.ca for availability and estimated shipping timelines.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this number to monitor the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
- If you haven’t received your tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Customs processing
- Courier/Post strike

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
HERAURA is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Packaging & Handling
- All items, especially jewelry, are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Clothing is carefully folded and sealed in protective garment bags.
We strive for sustainable packaging where possible to reduce our environmental footprint.
