Return & Refund Policy

At HERAURA®, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchases and love every item you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through heraura.ca and outlines the conditions, timelines, and processes for returning eligible items.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for eligible items within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
  • You received a defective, or incorrect item
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact 
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or incorrect

2. Items Not Eligible for Return & Refund

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:
  • Jewelry (due to hygiene and safety concerns including earrings, necklaces, bangles, mangalsutras, etc.) 
  • Final sale, sale, discounted or clearance items 
  • Customized or altered garments 
  • Gift cards

3. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method 
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item 
Note:
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of return 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heraura.ca with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem
We will provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
 

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@heraura.ca with the following:
  1. Subject: Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]
  2. Full name and email used for the order
  3. Name of the product(s) you want to return
  4. Reason for return
  5. Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.
 

8. International Orders

At this time, returns for orders shipped outside Canada are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly before shipping anything back.

10. Additional Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please allow time for your bank to process the refund
