HERAURA® is a lifestyle and fashion brand created by SVHP Lifestyle Corporation, offering elegant ethnic and Indo-western clothing and, through our sister brand SHAURYA – The Jewel of Royalty®, a curated collection of handcrafted imitation jewelry.

We proudly source our clothing and jewelry from trusted artisans and manufacturers in India, focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and ethical production practices.

HERAURA® offers a curated selection of women’s ethnic and Indo-western clothing, along with handcrafted imitation jewelry through our sister brand, SHAURYA – The Jewel of Royalty®. Our clothing range includes short and long kurtis, co-ord sets, dresses in both ethnic and western styles, blouses, tops, and plus-size options. We will also be introducing sarees soon. On the jewelry side, we carry a wide variety of pieces including necklaces, earrings, mangalsutras, nath and nose rings, finger rings, maang tikka, hair accessories, bangles, bracelets, arm cuffs, and both statement and traditional jewelry. Each piece is carefully selected to celebrate heritage, elegance, and modern style.

Restocking depend on product demand and availability. Some items are limited-edition or seasonally released. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about restocks and new arrivals.

At this time, we offer standard sizes only. However, we provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you choose the best fit. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your SHAURYA – The Jewel of Royalty® pieces, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Store your pieces in a soft pouch or box, away from humidity and sunlight.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use to maintain their shine.

With proper care, our gold-plated imitation jewelry will retain its elegance and luster for years to come.

Orders & Payments

Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed through our secure checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. You can pay securely using a credit card, or debit card.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Canadian customers can also use Interac. For Interac payment please contact us.

Yes. All transactions on heraura.ca are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed through secure third-party platforms like Stripe.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can use this number to check delivery status online at any time.

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Within Canada: 5-10 business days
  • USA: 7-14 business days

Yes! We currently ship across Canada and the United States. For other countries, please contact us at support@heraura.ca. International delivery times and customs charges may vary by region.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry, sale/discounted items, and customized garments are non-returnable.

Changes are not allowed at the moment; however, you can cancel the order online while it is still processing shipping status. If required, contact us at support@heraura.ca within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist, unless it’s already shipped.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you prefer. Please read our return policy for eligible items.
